Cda and bahria enclave land encroachment issue

Cda claims that bahria enclave has encroached 510 kanals of its land. Can some one please explain which sectors this land falls in and possible impact on bahria enclave?

in bahria enclave now a days market downward trend

its true cda clam 33000 clam its land but after few time its only 187 kanal ,

anyhow

there is no Geniun Buyer now a days

and investers buy Plots on very Low Rates

again investors earn benefit when market staible and geniun buyer :( ............

"This is a fact that some part of Bahria Enclave is affected in this operation, but more than 95% area is absolutely safe and has no legal issues. In fact, major part of the subject land was outside bahria enclave in Kurri Village and surroundings, where CDA had once launched its project “Kurri Model Village” which never materialized due to encroachments."

Islamabad: November 9, 2018: Capital Development Authority (CDA) issued notice under Section 49-C of CDA Ordinance, 1960 to M/s Bahria Enclave, Islamabad to hand over possession of the identified land measuring 510 Kanal and 6 Marlas to CDA.

It has been mentioned in the notice issued by Directorate of Enforcement, CDA that as a result of the demarcation of acquired land in Revenue Estate Kurri on September 12, 2018 that Bahria Enclave Administration was found to encroach 510 Kanal and 6 Marlas CDA acquired land and built illegal structures thereupon and it has also been intimated through notice, to Bahria Enclave Administration, that they hand over possession of the identified land measuring 510 kanal and 6 Marlas to CDA and also remove illegal structures erected there upon within 07 days of the of the receipt of notice.

In case of noncompliance of the notice, CDA shall take possession of the said land and demolish all the illegal structures build thereupon at their own risk and cost.
