Can anyone update about the results of the auction held in CDA for F-11, F-10 etc plots in developed sector held on yesterday and today? Please give the rate on which lots sold in any form per sq ft etc.

147000 per sq/yard.
For G-10 and F-11 the auction will carry on till tomorrow.

Non CDA brand will take over CDA which is just another corrupt Gov department. One off sale of some prime location plots in decades old developed sectors is not reflective of the overall property market. Inner/old city plots sell very well even in small towns and villages.
Well, that plot was worth 14 crores.

G-10 355 Sq/yards (40x80) went for 2 crore 91 lac the highest and the lowest went for 2 crore 48 lac.

Actually in 2009 (40x70) corner with extra land in G-10/2 went for 99 lac.
Now one can compare in 5 years 99 jumped to 2.7 crore approx.

F-11 and F-10 no idea but it must went way beyond the expectations.
Last year in CDA auction G-11 (500 sq yard) went for above 4 crore.
Now you can imagine the volume of CDA expanding.
If G-10 40x70 went above 2.7 crore then wat will be the price tag for F-10 and F-11.
By the way im also interested to know.

F-10 (600 sq yards) tops at 6.7 Crore.
Now add the CVT on it !
And all the auctioned plots were SOLD
