Perhaps the above complaint was for fake ads. Whereas the spam ads (even if genuine) are those which are repeated many times even during a day. If you look at Islamabad-Bahria plots sections, most of the ads fall in this category, that is, those are repeated multiple times.
Zameen should enforce some policy of controlling the property listing.
