D-12 islamabad development status and prices

Experts are requested to update the development status and prices of 3570 and 4080 plots in d-12.
Which sub sector is considered better and are the prices fair now or on higher side.

Sir prices are very much on higher side… 35 x 70 plots ranges from 150 lacs to 200 lacs… 40 x 80 plots ranges from 185 lacs to 250 lacs…Development is not good and currently sector is not liveable… G-13 and G-14/4 is much better in my view point…

Dear K-s development standards are so far not very good. Sector is up just becuase of its margalla view , future connection to margalla road and also high cream of isb who purchased plots there. In d 12 price u can even get same size in g 10 and g 11 sector

D-12 is over priced, investors made it. Development is not complete, it's underway, plus, it lacks basic facilities like Electricity, Gas and Water, prices are on reverse, and are stable at some sub sectors, It is not a recommended investment, Saadi is rite, G-13 and G-14/4 is a much better option considering in mind the work on completion stages on Kashmir Highway plus Section 3 of Kashmir highway being approved.
