Sir, these societies will get little bit benefits from Airport but they are going to get huge benefits from Margalla road, Hakla-DI Khan CPEC motorway (western route), CPEC terminal and expansion of Paswal road. Paswal road will be connected to Margalla road in future.
Don't know about the completion of Margalla road, just 4-5 Kms of it is unfinished, you can check it on google maps. But one thing is sure that it will be completed some day.
I know about all these things about these sectors because I did some proper survey before investing there
