  • Top City (5 Marla) 2+ yrs

a: Bahria phase-8: Zone-5 Extension fully developed plots 5 Marla, just 1.5 km from GT road, attached to DHA-3 & buy today, build tomorrow. After metaled access to GT road the price will be at least 50 lacs, In Shaa Allah.
b: Buy a 6 Marla in sector E1, buy today build tomorrow and within few years, the profit would be lucrative.

If not hot for bahria then Imtiaz sb's priorities are just adequate. I will only add DHA-5, but wait is a bit more but for sure the area will appreciate, In Shaa Allah.

In Gulberg Residencia which block is recommended for short & for long terms? What abut AWT D-18?

Shaaz ab, It all depends on ones budget and preferences as far as 5M in category. For example:

- B1 can be 55+/- range that is well populated, not very suitable for investment but good for construction or (better rental compared to other sectors of BE).

- N is good enough, 42 to 45, construction activities increasing and with pending access road from A to B to N will make at almost as accessible as B1 and N is heighted.

- H & I adjacent to Head Office and Commercils are attractive. I slightly on edge is 40 and H on other end is about 8 to 10 lacs more than I

- P with some new deals on 30 lac installments and about 27 on lump sum but possession in future may be 1+ yr.

There are other options too but these seem to be more prominent for 5 Marlas. Overall majority of 5 Marla in Enclave suits for endbuying or personal living for quality lifestyle. Not very attractive for Investments. For investments P, N, I are better then other sectors of Enclave. However with BTs resurgence after long litigations, MR will do best to expand BE ...
