Which blocks of DHA Valley are expected to be delivered first and what earliest time those blocks will be ready?
Also please tell where will valley plots exist? Kallar Syedan?
DHA Valley road and site are adjacent to DHA phase 2 extension. The DHA valley site is between phase 2 extension and Rawat industrial estate. This is close to Islamabad highway not near Kallar Syedan which is very far.

It is being said that lily and oleander blocks would be first to be populated as these contain DHA homes. Then next turn will be of overseas block that composed of sunflower, magnolia etc.
Roughly 5% area of DHA Valley comes under the proposed Dhodcha dam but i think they can easily accommodate the affected allottees elsewhere. The dam may also affect other DHA areas and Bahria projects but this is not a major problem and will be resolved easily inshAllah.
The issue is of time period. If DHA can complete development without too much delay - DHA valley will be a a very good investment.

How much is the price of DHA Valley these days? I know it was minus 2 to 3 lac a couple of years ago.
