Actually, i have a dream to construct my house on minimum one acre. And such large land is available only on bedian and barki road at cheap rates. Is that area better and secure and have utilities like electricity, sui gas, ptcl etc. I am a student now but will fulfil my dream one day. I am asking this question out of curiosity. Thank you.
Yes, bedian and barki road do have facilities. And there are private land owners who are willing to provide land of 1 acre to 4 acres for farmhouses. They can also provide development services if needed. The only problem is that these are not housing societies but land sub divisions. This means this land is not advertised for sale. So you will have to conduct a bit of research.
