Salam all, a friend of mine suggested to buy a small 3 marla house (duplex), one in eden abad and one in eden lane viallas 2... Can anyone suggest is this good investment plus i have not been to lahore for sometime and heard stories about eden in previous years.. My friend said this house is not on installment but cash buy with possession + mentioned some road going through the society

I totally agree with you @ Bashir sab but these houses are with possession and all dues + esclation charges paid. Just wanted to know if anyone have any other information I should consider before jumping in to the Eden DREAM PROJECTS....
