How project eighteen is different from emar?
I personally like both projects in terms of quality of living prospects.
Emaar already is already a living society while eighteen needs time to develop.
In terms of location, Eighteen is better connected with airport, motorways and kashmir highway while Emaar is on islamabad expressway near DHA with an evening commute time of an hour from islamabad at peak office hours.
I think 18 will replace the posh areas of Isb in future. It will be a gated community with a security aspect.
Emmar will be a middle class/ rich class housing society (and off course both have a huge differences of prices).
So decide, in which class you represent and plan for that. :)
