Aoa experts, please advise in islamabad, emaar 10 marla vs dha 5 ten marla. Which is better option for end user perspective as i want to build a house there in a few months time. While I like Emmar but the plot size is very awkward.
Although EMAAR is part of DHA Phase 5 and categorized as Block E of the phase .but its not in the race and general public / investors never look up in Emaar. However it may be good and peaceful for living but definitely not for investment for capital gain .
