I am not clear about farm houses buying. Is this include constructed farm house or just land as some farm houses prices are above 10 millions.
Societies generally offer only farmhouse plots not constructed options.
You can get a plot for a farmhouse, no guidelines on construction or covered area is announced yet, it will take time.
You have two know or major farms projects in ISB. Naval farms by navy, on simly dam road, sizes (20kanals, 8 kanals, 5 kanals).
Bahria Angouri farms by Bahria Town.
You get plots in above societies and other societies as well, you have to build farm yourself. There are some private developers who launched unnamed farms.
If you want to build a farms you will get a better price on private land than by these societies. As you have to build farms yourself.

This is the price only for land… No construction included.
Farmhouses are very expensive investments! You can make good money but you need a shed loads of capital, otherwise you will spend all your life paying instalments for the land and no money to actually build. Unless your buying purely to investment but even then they are very expensive.
Buying land and building a farm (even in the capital) costs less than buying 1 kanal plot.
