Can you suggest which sectors are filling in bahria phase 8 rwp?
99% is filling…
Rafi block bdnaam hai is mamlay mai . Baqi there are patches of filling in phase 8, i guess more then 80% land is clear of filling

Up to 6 feet is normal filling.Yes Rafi and some area of Umer and L block are more danger.
Sand test is the easy way before construction.

An approximate way to check out filling level is to see if any of the older village area is still left close to the plot. Observe the topography of that village and ground level. If the village land is even and roughly the same height level as your plot, then you can be less worried about filling if your plot is within say 300 meters of the village.
Filling is a big risk for people willing to purchase plot for building house…either one need to construct costly foundations, raft, etc which is a financial blow or face risk of settling of whole structure and lose life savings…its better to avoid filling plots if one can’t afford the risk…such plots r good for trade…
Filling or no filling Bahria requires either raft, piles or beams which will cost you atleast 30% extra of your total structure budget…
