What is the future of G-13 what would be the approx. Time frame to get profit if invested now, and what is the development progress?

The future of G-13 seems good. MashAllah. It has an excellent location and it looks to be a very developed sector. Lots of houses are being constructed there. You have markets that are functioning and mosques that are being built. Provision of electricity is there. You can get current status of the development of g-13’s various sectors from FGEHF. However to get proper profit it will take you some time. Since prices are already high.
G-13 has turned out to be the only available option besides D-12 if one wants to live in Islamabad. There will not be any CDA sector in Islamabad that can be ready for construction in next 10 years at least. G-13 prices will further increase by 50-75% and will eventually be at par with G-11 by 2014
G-13 is a fairly developed sector with many houses already built. The price is already quite high, although it may increase further i doubt it will go up by a much as 50% in 2 years as it is being suggested above.
