G-14 for 2-3 years investment

Is it a good idea to invest in one or two 4.4 marla’s g/14 plots for 2-3 year’s for a good roi. The rates are ranging from 95-1.2cr. Thanks

Mr Muhammad G14/4 is good if you wish to buy and construct house on it, just investing in a small plot might return low profit comparatively. Buying in G14/2 is a good idea for 2-3 yrs provided you buy at lowest price possible. G14/1 is unpredictable as even though the current DG of housing authority has worked exceptionaly well in past year or two to clear G14/3 and G14/2 but no one can predict how soon they will be able to do anything about the built up properties in G14/1. Contrary to previous belief after witnessing fgeha's recent impressive performance 2-3 years is a reasonable timeframe to expect good roi.

G14/3 it is currently one of the best sectors for fastpaced construction activity on bigger plots but i think there are no small plots for the size you mentioned.

Definitely worth visiting G14 to see the current onground development progress yourself.

i.e. Which sectors are possession, which are near to possession and what are the prices in diff sub sectors
