Can someone please advise me about pros and cons of ghouri town phase 7? The access to it is very good.
What is it's expected future? I am looking for a 5 marla plot. Does ghauri town give possession without any hastle?

Dear Anwar: Investment in Ghouri Town is not a bad option. But can you clear your intention that you want for investment our personal construction? I would personally not prefer Phase 7, but you can go for Phase 4C as its possession is expected in few months. You will know exact location of ur plot as well. In Phase 7 you will not be sure about the exact location of ur plot as you will buy a file. Thanks
