I want to buy 30*60 plot in gulberg, please suggest some good blocks.
Is a plot in m block good for 18 lac?

It depends on ur budget,if u have more budget then u can go for A,B,F,I blocks
My budget is 18 lac
U can check from dealers and olx.com or zameen.com,may be u get a good option in around 17 lac which is more closer to circular avenue.To me M Block is far inside from circular avenue on the map and closer to central village.But if the plot u are getting is corner or closer to park or commercial then its ok.

If you can increase your budget then go 30x60 B block.
