Good returns on Islamabad plots

Hi all,

Thanks for always providing good feedback. I want to know about the area in Islamabad where i can buy either a single or couple of plots (within total budget of 2-3 million) that could give me good returns in a year or so with minimum risks. I've heard that Gulberg is not that good so i want to buy in a reliable area. Any suggestions?

I would suggest B-17 Multi Gardens block E or D-18

Which society is D-18? Does it hold good investment value? Also what about investing in I-11?

D-18 echs known as engineering society its a good investment. D 18 b 17 plus also consider e-16/17 cabinet division sector as now a days prices are improving there specially after they announced possession

D18 prices are less but the factor is that it has no direct access to main road. From GT road one has to cross the d17 to enter in D18. Its time will come when it will get access from motorway directly.
