I want to invest in Grace Land Housing Society near New Islamabad Airport. Need guidance regarding this:
1) Is the investment safe?
2) In future will the place be livable if I change my mind and want to build my house there?
3) Any shortcomings of the society?
4) When will the society fully develop?

i am an expat and having a 5marla plot in Block A. I make a decision after seeing the development and rates in the area. Since i bought in july-2014 the rates has been revised twice.
Now in two months time i m getting 1,30,000 profit. And i have paid down payment only.

I have heard about the revised rates and I have heard development is taking place at a great pace but I personally think that it will take like 5 years for the people to start construction of their homes…Though the society is far from Islamabad it will see rise in prices after the new airport becomes operational.
