Guidance needed for buying plot in lhr/isb

Hi, i have budget of 4 - 4.5 million rupees but i have absolutely no idea on where to buy a plot in islamabad (or bahria rwp) or lahore (south).

I'd prefer a 1k plot but a 10 marla suffices if it's in dha or some other better scheme considering that I have patience of about 3-4 years max.

Please guide.

Beta please invest this amount in dha multan for around two years and with the best possible return u may buy some good location plot for 10 marlas in dha where ever u feel, with ur current budget , it will b difficult to get u a 10 marla plot in some safe and secure complex .

Your choices are Bahria 8 Rawalpindi, Multi B-17, DHA-2 Block N Islamabad or Bahria Orchard Lahore.

Agree with Paki-1 Dha phase2 10 marla N or P block,Phase8 I block 10 marla and one 5 marla in M block or one good location 10 marla in F1,B-17 B or C block.

Nadeem sahab, if i want to buy a plot and construct house within a year in B-17, which block is the best, route wise and all other daily chaotic matters.

I think in B-17 B block is best for one year time period.B-17 close to GT road and have a good access.Allah knows best it's just my opinion.
