They are 2 very different projects mainly on the basis of:
- Location
- Prices
- Size of Plots
- Installment vs full Payment
- Developed vs Non Developed
Capital Smart has good Development pace and has good marketing strategy. Overall, a simplest answer will be to go for Gulberg as far as Residential Plots!! To me, there is no comparison, on ultimate choice being Gulberg.
CSCI is good project if you do not have cash to go for full payment to purchase a,plot in developed society. The pace of development is good and the investment is long term 5 to 6 years atleast.
On the other hand, gulberg developed blocks are the best choice to build home and start living near to the main capital and rawalpindi accessing through dedicated interchange and signal free drive to the capital.
If you can afford kn cash gulberg is better choice but if you have not sufficient funds go for installment plots in CSCI.
