Is Gulberg Islamabad a good place to invest in a plot?

Gulberg is already discussed in many threads, you can check those posts. Gulberg is app 7 km from Express Highway land is almost acquired but it will take time to develop the only advantage is that plots are available on installments otherwise price is high and location is not very good.

Well i think gulberg is best now a days as it has been most profitable society recently. Its nearest to islamabad than any other society in islamabad. The prices are less than bahria, neval, pwd and other nearby societies. Their developmental work is quite good and according to the rules of cda as i have personally visited it
