Gulberg residentia for investment of 45 lac

Is gulberg block a 7 marla for 45 lac better for investment purpose for around 2 - 3years?
Or any other similar option?

In October 2018 i have purchased a 7 Marla in B block. Buying price was 34 lac. Now it has jumped to 40 lac withing 6 months. In gulberg residencia, prices are hiking but development is very slow as there is still land not acquired by IBECHS in many blocks and they are still in negotiation with the local population for purchasing of land.
