What is the status of H-13 residential plots. I visited today and there are lots of good residential houses, however I thought H sector is only for institutes.
H-13 is a beautiful location , prices are less because h-13 is exempted land not a cda sector. H-13 is exempted it will not use for institutes currently.
What about building a house in H-13 for a regular family, not investors. Are facilities available there and what about legal aspect?

Legally it's clear infra is not that good will suggest you visit it before deciding any thing its near in location but you can't compare it with CDA sectors.
