Brother just be careful especially any commercial or apartment purchases in H-13. Till the end of 2019, CDA had banned high rise and many other types of constructions, unless there is an update to that.
As things stand now and information available, avoid it.

Imtiaz is right.H-13 is risky investment and according to CDA most constructions are illegal so better to stay away.

It would be good idea to purchase registry plot and build a house over it for selling purpose. The high rise will not be successful in that area and vever be approved by CDA.
