B-17 mpchs flopped...Why are prices in E-block 30x60 on for 16-18 lac? These were over 22 lacs just 2-3 months ago? (Am I right in thinking all of E Block is with complete possession, if so why are prices dropping)

Is E block completley with possession? Or are there land acquisition problems in E block as well?


I cannot comprehend why prices are falling big time in MPCHS? Is it due to Margalla avenue development work coming to halt?

Is it because partially E Block is not with possession and these are files only? (land not acquired)

What are the reasons?

I'm interested in buying as prices are fairly low, but unsure WHY prices are dropping hence why i'm asking!

        No prices are low according to area .some thing big going on .deliberate price fall .what is distance b/w b17 and g15 .

            Some people are blaming Faisal Town for this.. Dharnas have also done their share along with halting work on MA.. On top of that, the society is upsetting people with the way they are handling things.. Not many transfers going on in the office, it is almost empty nowadays, I remember there was a time when people couldn't find a place to stand..

              I think multiple factors contributing to price fall. No one is Margalla Avenue work. Without Margalla Avenue , B-17 has little catch.

                Many people consider that as investment oppurtunities. Geniune buyers who want to construct and live in b-17 are much less. There are no markets, schools, hospitals and other facilities near by. Some Investors cannot hold their money for much longer, so they go for sell, and no geniune buyer in market so drop in price is natural.

                      Dear Kashmiri sab,

                      There is 2.7Million still price of 30x60 in E block near Markaz.yes i am agree that there is no much sale purchase.B-17 was a one of best project in zone2 but unfortunately Multi management mishandle this project that's why investors are upset with this project because there is many reasons,

                      1:MA.

                      2:No access for E and F block.

                      3:D block

                      4:Poor management system.

                      5:One man show Majeed sab is involve in his own project.

                      6:Dealers are more than management team.

                      I am totally agree with Junaid bahi because i remember that time that's why i and many overseas invested there.
