If we will buy a double story this house, how much rent for one story we aill achieved as we will keep one story for ourself.

second only buy house in CDA sectors if u live abroad it definitely secure and give u good rent as-well people in these selectors work here in Islamabad and u will not get into trouble while dealing with them
Third you should tell us exact budget if its around 85 lac or above Pakistan Rupees i will highly recommend u G-13 sector u can search on Google Islamabad map its new developed sector and houses there newly built
I agreed with Wahpk Like you should define your budget lines and also your requirements. CDA sectors are definitely better then other pvt housing schemes.
The rent depends on the size of the plot. For a 10 marla, you are looking at around 15,000 per month for a portion.
