Is there anyway to find out the old prices of a society or area. For example, i want to know the last 10 year prices of dha phase 5. Experts plz advise?
Best way and authentic approach would be to may be get in touch with the person/agent who deals or have been dealing in any particular area/society.
May be some fellow forumers can have personal experience and they may be able to quote/share
On the web, not quite precise but it may somehow help for some sort of approximation. Though Phase 1 and Phase 2 average prices can tracked back to 2011.
