Impact is already visible , as prices jumps half a million while only main roads are being carpeting…

I think I-14 will rise further.

Here is all relevant data, so far:

As per NHA,

- Underpass approved.
- Expected Duration 18 Months
- Cost 637 million
- By the end of Jan, NHA claimed work to be started in 3 odd months.

The idea was floated in 2017 but halted for later implementation by NHA.

Okay so back to the topic: One more factor that no one is discussing and counting is the tender of water supply from ghazi brotha to Islamabad, this will change the dynamics of CDA all together, specially G-13, G-14, I-14, I-11, I-10, I-16 I think its a high time to buy in I-14 and G-13. In next one year we will not be able to grab anything under 1 crore in I-14. Or under 2 crore in G-13

I think if this Ghazi brotha project even not kicked off still I-14 to 16 belt would have an impact of underpass and kashmir highway access if any one of those projects turned into reality whole area will see the gains.

Regarding i-14, the infrastructure projects taking place currently, would also boost the prices and 1 crore mark in not that far now

Read somewhere, will try to recall and share the source (if authentic) about some movement regarding I-17.

Qureshi sb. The price is dependent upon the sub sectors and locations. For 5 marla, one can buy in 6.5 million to 9 million range. A reasonable plot in about 7 million bracket.
