I-14 I-15 I-16 which is good for investment purpose to build home near future how much time it will take to develop kindly analyze with every aspect i’m really interested in these sectors as its in Zone to and near by most cda sectors
I-15 is not developed yet. I-14 and I-16 are developed. I-16 is probably more ready for house construction than I-14, although it is further away than I-14. I think it will take some time for the area to be populated as water and gas needs to provided to the area, so I think that you are looking at about 5 years before this area takes off.
