Dear Pk1, I am searching you. Bro please tell me why investors prefer to invest in 35*70 in E-17/3 instead in 50*90 size?

Most plots in E-17/3 are 50x90. But generally investors prefer smaller sized plots (in all areas) because there are more buyers for this size. And this is why, a smaller plot of 35x70 or 30x60 is more expensive on per-marla basis as compared to kanal plot.

Always go for kanal plot in e-17/3 location and land wise they are best and rates are also ok check map and as well site thanks

Investor preference depends upon quantity of a specific size and in e-17/3 50x90 plots are in great size and in e-16 10 marla is more so invest 10 marla in e-16/3 and 50x90 in e-17/3

1 Kanal in E-17/3 or 10 marlas in E-16/3 both are good options, with a price difference of 6-8 lacs. E-17/3 can be a better option if you can hold it for 2-3 years. Again, E-17/3 will be a better place for permanent living because of its higher altitude and because there are no hi-tension wires as opposed to E-16/3. However, E-16/3 is located more closer to GT road. I encourage you to visit the society yourself. Take a local property dealer with you for guidance with the help of map.
