Respected members kindly enlighten me whether its possible to get regular returns by investing 12 million in real estate and if so then how can i make 200-250k monthly?
Not sure about 200-250k but 100k is quite possible if you buy 5-8 marla house and put it on rent and eventually your property value will also appreciate.or buy couple of flats and put them on rent or airbnb.
My point was not to invest in any house but keep a running amount in property like the estate agents do in buying and selling files or plots in new societies, which can be accommodated in this amount and will keep the amount in circulation as well. If anyone has that sort of experience do share
PECHS islamabad is the way to go .If you buy commercial plots they will give handsome capital gains or you can build plaza on them and get commecrial value desired
