Investment of 3 million

Dear forum member i need some good advise to invest 3 million for 3 years.

I searched following options on zameen.Com which looks feasible. Kindly advise and add any other good option too.

Bahria town phase 8
Bahria enclave sector o
B17
I16 and e16

I-16/4 (may be requiring 3.2m to 3.4m for a leveled, good location)

B-17, E or F block (7 marla in E block 3.0m to 3.4m)

Phase 8 M block

Enclave is way overpriced & Bahria, DHA loosing their charm with many good option available for less (Phase 8 is good, location wise distant, if Ring Road not materialised but good value for money)

CBR Phase 2

*Based on my personal preference, I am sure others around here can suggest some equally good or better options.

Thnx imtiaz for the advise.. I visited i16 around 6 month back but access was main issue.. 2ndly there wasnt much construction happeninng at tht time..is there any progress since then?

One of the driving force is PHA Apartments in I-16/3. Its a Govt. project and selling a flat for 5.0+ million requires improved access which will happen soon.

Amenities and Master Plan:

Master Plan is good like a proper and classical CDA sector. Already Gas and Electricity. I think, I-16 has its own grid station.

Livable:

16/2 quite populated comparatively, I6/4 growing and will get momentum. More houses constructed and CDA will become more active, that is how CDA works...

Phase 8 - M Block

Looks quite promising. Not sure what is the possession status. There is a thread on Bahria Phase 8 there Abdul Qayyum or Nadeem sb can be quite helpful in providing better knowledge than I have regarding Phase 8.

I am not too sure about Alfaisal Enclave, in particular its NOC and current status of development. I would prefer CBR 2 much more over Alfaisal.

CBR 2 has all NOCs and both options available with cash payment for possession plots and installment option in recently launched blocks. Its far ahead in terms of development and delivery than lets say whatever the current status of Alfaisal Enclave. Prices are also in the same range.

On zameen.com i dont see much differnce in prices for L and M block.???

Kashif i personally own plots in M block and will fully recommend you to opt for it against other options. Possession is on the way InshAllah this year. Prices are still appropriate. Theme Park is also located in M block. Roots school is also near. InshAllah you will get good profit within 3 years. Try to negotiate around 23 lacks or less for 5 marla.

I am agree with Naveed sab and he is absolutely right.One year before prices was 16 to 18 lakh for 5 marla but now prices are at raise side.2.3 to 2.7 million depend on location.I love this block because of good location so still have time to enter this block

30*40 plots on installment and GT road access has opened now (one has to check on ground but they say only one and half km from GT road).

Pay down payment Rs 17 lacs and start your house construction right away!

Rest of money pay in 2 years on installment.

Total price is 45 lacs.

Same area which is now DHA3, same plots are on offer same price.

Very good buyout with Bahria on installment.

If DHA3 is offering also installment then go for DHA
