Best is to make partnership with some friend who also has 40 lacs and buy a small plot in g-13 and leave it for 2 years… Both of u will get 40-60% profit

I think best choes is e-18 you can buy 2 kanal plots. Hopfully it will be double in 3 years inshallah. Because check the price of e-17 which is near to e-18 is almost double at the moment.Also society is already developed you can even construct house any time.
