Split your investment between Bahria Town Phase 8 and B-17. Try to buy one plot in each society. I hope you will get good return after one year.
DHA Phase 2 extension and DHA valley is long term investment. May be after 7-10 year it will give good returen. B-17 Prices take huge jump in last month but still you can get 40*80 plot in Block B in your budget. Prices may be go down to some extent but if you keep it for one year then it will give you return. Prices in Bahria Phase 8 also ricing from last few month but i think it has some more ricing capacity.
Forget DHA valley and DHA ext files, both are risky. You can get a 7 marla plot in E block MPCHS, B-17 and one 7 marla plot in Safari Valley Phase 8 Developed blocks, in this range. Where there is no chance of loss InshAllah as both are developed and have potential. Regards,

i would recommend you to go for 1- baheria enclave: its a beautifull very fast developing and rates shoot like anything there . I have constructed huses there for my clients (i am a contractor/investor ) . Best this is its 15 mins drive from Islamabad . Closest project of bahria town from Islamabad .
2- phase 8 (certinly not extention )
3- there is new society on the islamabad highway by the name media town . I bought a plot there my self and have appreciated almost by 10.00k and its around 40-42 for 10 marla . I would certainly recommend this media town 3- DHA is a long term game if you can hold it
