We want to buy a one kanal plot in shaallah ditta area. People say it’s not safe as it has a high crime rate. I want to know the exact situation
@Sammy, don't know much about Shah Allah Ditta village, but there is a project on eastern side of C-12, in front of D-12/3, that is properly planned and developed. This project is waiting for CDA's regularization rules which once approved will throw prices in comparison with D-12. Current range around 7-8 lakh per marla. Many families living there, so it is best if you visit and talk to some random residents.
Location is unique, right inside Margalla Hills.

Please share your findings, as I do not have latest info on the project, that is, status of regularization, price movement, etc.

Agreed with isloo there is a piece of land in front of D12 which is safe & clear from all land issues, my some good friends are living there peacfully no issues at all.
If any forum members wants to invest there kindly contact me I have some good options over there.
