Kindly suggest if there is any society with installment plan near new airport and is safe as well.
There are options available but not very good investment options.
Some schemes, I will list which have installments options available:
PECHS, CBR2, FT B Block, FR (may not be that close to airport) etc.
Do ur research on all projects before making any purchasing decision.

You can consider Kashmir Model Town which is cheap but will be a long term investment.
