1 kanal in ichs is good investment?

1 kanal residential plot rs 965000 in m block
And for development charges i have to pay 1150000
In 10 installment of 115000.

Lot of people asking about this society, i have visited that area and personally i like ICHS.

For investment point of view

1 kanal plot is good

or 5 marlas multiple plots

Investment - 5 Marla multiple is better option

i more question related to this

as i have seen and they also advertise they have all NOC.

as they are not in CDA zone its ok but they donthave NOC from RDA too

so no development authority NOC is available is that ok?

As per them, they have following NOCs. They are in Tehsil Fateh Jang so they have the NOC from TMAF. Not under CDA or RDA. NOC wise there is no issue.

Currently location is far away and ICHS can benefit with better access due to CPEC route.
