Can you confirm the housing society responsible for development of sector f-14?
What is the status of the sector? Any disputes with locals in the sector?
How long it would take the society to develop it?
I am considering a period of 6 to 8 years.
F-14 to be Found
F-14 to be developed by F.G Employees Housing Foundation for Federal Govt employees. Disputes with locals is comparatively less. Only 250 Build up properties were there at the time of award announcement. These BUPs may increase with the passage of time.

8 years is reasonable time frame for development if the things go well and as per plan of Housing Foundation....
The track record in G-14 and E-12 is not that encouraging... But still the location of these new F Sectors is very attractive.

Some property dealers say they have employees who want to sell their rights of ownership. However, the price they are asking is too much around 35 to 40 lac for a 40' x 80' and 55 to 60 lac for 50' x 90' though society has not yet announced the sector and may be in process of allocation. Allah knows how long that would take.
But still such a high demand.
I heard a 40' x 80' would be around 28 lac + 18 lac development charges so total cost roughly 81 lac to 86 lac including profit. This excludes any tax or agency commission etc.
For a kanal, the total price may cross 1 crore.
Do you people consider this justified keeping in view that F is a bit prominent sector.
Are there any chance of asking profit coming down if more files come to the market?
Buying any thing at this time without knowing the actual price by society is very very risky…
