Sheikh saab prices are stand still from last 6 months or so in f16/4 and 3 but problem is that you cannot find a good plot there every body is following holding strategy.
Its a fact to find a good plot in f 16 4 and 3 specially people are selling there normal plots in good location plots prices,
in f 16 4 7 marla price is around 29 lac
10 marla price is around 31 lac
in f 16 3 7 marla is around 21 lac
10 marla is around 26-28
14 marla price is almost 31-33 lac
in f 16 1 7 marla price is 18-19 lac
10 marla 20-22 lac
14 marla 22-24 lac
in f 16 2 7 marla price is 14 lac
10 marla 17 lac
14 marla 20-22 lac

In F-16/4 is definitely sub-sector-4.
Where all the land is acquired, more near & easy access to GT Rd, society will start development works from the sub-Sector-4.In sub-Sector 3 society have some "Not acquired land I think".comparatively prices in 4 is high(which speaks for itself).
F-16 will go decline even f-15 will be down after this notice of CDA on 04-march-2014

Cda is in the hands of some of the big investor who try to regulate prices to their benefit these societies are there for 10+ years and now cda find it out that they are illegal what a shame.
If CDA is working on these lines then CDA should be privatized.
Where is "Pakistan Overseas Housing Scheme", Sector F-16? Is it also a project of JKCHS? or some other project?

I think for over all market getting better we have to wait till June 2014.
I think until they develop f16 market will not get better.
