Kings park gawadar 5 marla residential

Dear gurus,

I have a 5 marla booking in kings parks gawadar which i took at 890,000 old booking last year. Now a days the developer has increased their rates of bookings to 1,150,000. Just want to ask if i should retain the booking or try to sell it? In case i should sell it, does somebody know if it is transferable? I have paid 30% of the total booking price.

Don;t sell it, it will most likely double in September.

This is due to Gwadar Master Plan that is coming in August first week of 2018.

If you sell it in December or January, you will get a good profit.
