Hi guys
For living purposes i am looking for plot in dha phase 1-4. As per my research , it seems like phase 3 is most accessible from city and may provide best returns incase i have to sell it in future (which is not my intention right now) . Guys with dha experience, can you guide me best blocks/ sectors to look at in dha phase 1-4?

I would suggest that if your purpose is good living, then you choose Phase 4. It has good connectivity, and a wide range of desirable facilities.
