In Lahore. My work places are in Gulberg and Near Shoukat Khanam Hospital. I also need suggestion about Homes like Tricon Village 8 Marla and Bahria 8 Marla which one is good for living and material wise?

There are some flats in Liberty market Gulberg 2 Beds 18 lac. 3Beds 25 lac on 3rd floor.
Plot in Bahria Town is good in all manners in your budget.
In your living standard and construction/material wise Bahria and Lake City and Eden homes are best.
A 10 marla house available in Eden life style homes (Lake city) just in 45 lacs.

Thanks for your suggestions, I like Tricon Village what you suggest for it? May I go for it? Or in Eden Life Style Homes? Lake City is too far and therefore, I don't want to go there. By the way, on this Sunday I planed to visit Lake City. Let's see how it goes. :)

How was your visit to Lake City?
In your budget, you may find a 10 marla plot near Shaukat Khanum but not in a good area - for example in PIA colony (but it is really bad); If you go for a smaller plot for example 7 marla then you may find a decent area like Abdalian Housing Society or PCSIR-II or something like that. My suggestion is to go and visit all the property dealers in the area (there are many in Johar Town on the road going from Shaukat Khanum Hospital to Raiwind Road.
What about Architect Engineering Society? Is it suitable place for living?

I did not visit to lake city. Actually i visit to Sukh Chain Garden this sunday it seems nice society. What you all suggest about sukh Chain Garden?
i have visited architect society. But according to its roads and living i assumed that in future it will convert into mohalla. it did not give me a society look.
