I need advice on buying a plot in g-16. Prices are going up there. Will they stay up for coming months? Any idea when the full sector will be acquired/develpd as currently only g-16/4 is partially devpd. How much the prices can increase in g-16/4?
Dear sheeraz G-16 prices are too high now a days and there is a chance of more increase. It will take time to acquire complete land however recently management purchased piece of land. Tomorrow's agm will clear there future.
Dear sir I recently visit g-16/2 & development is going there they are acquiring the area.In my opinion this will take time becz thr is too much area to be acquired.
New development is not taking place from last 2 years, every thing is the same as it was 2 years back, management of the society is totally incapable to handle its day to day affairs but prices are continually increasing… Don’t know why prices are sky rocketing in that sector, it is the same old sector?
Any progress report? Any update on today’s agm?
