Need experts views about faisal town f-18

Is it worth to buy plot at faisal town?
How long it take to get some decent profit?
Is it also like multi projects where satta bazi is at peak or it have separate status from them?

In the last two months, prices have increased in FT from 5 to 9 lacs....

Now to get further increase, I think it will take some time unless some inflated price hike.

I think its all dealer Mafia who created this hike.

Development pace is really outstanding.

It is getting ready for possession.

Standards looks gud.

Genuine people also get attracted, once they visit da site.

I hv sold one plot at 6.75 lac profit, after one month it was resold at 11.5 lac profit.

Khan bhai i am buying a 8 marla faisal residency file and have been quoted a 40k profit of top of the down payment,is that alrite or inflated?

I am agree with Ahmed Tanoli sab.GM of Multi.....

GM na Multi ma jo koch kia sab ka samna ha ior abb Faisal town ka pecha chpna ki kosas kar ra ha.

Multi and his GM playing same game in 2013 in Multi and now new Multi cup in FT.

I think it's just dealer game.It's just gambling.I am a gambler but i will gamble on the practicality of things.

@Nadeem Ahmed. Its true that due to association of Ch. Majeed with Multi, the same group of dealers are dealing in Faisal Town which has provided a good head start to the project. At the same time, this is the first solo project of CM. Even MR had to deliver strongly in Phase 1-6 to build his credibility, CM needs to follow the same path and there are strong indicators suggesting that he will.

We don't know what he will end up doing in his future projects, but for now he will try his best to deliver. The Multi dealer network will further support his efforts by diverting potential investment away from Multi and into FT, something which we are already seeing. All in all, if all goes according to plan FT can prove to be good both for living and investment.

Adnan sb, yes, the asking is around 40K at the moment in the market, actually less sellers in the market at the moment as people were and are hoping from some short term profit in the range of 70 to 100K.... I can help you in getting FR file if you are interested....

Sheikh sb, you are right, FT A Block will be ideal for living and also investment... But since the prices have increased a lot in the recent past in FT, so, all new investors entering now, will have to wait for few years to get any further good profit margin.

Nadeem sb, I would suggest to at least ask some one to visit the FT A Block and then comment... U hv no clue of ground reality... Waisay he bhoongiyaam maar rhay ho... Dealers agar kisi bhi project ko support nhe karengay, to project sale kaisay hoga? ECHS, MoC, Gulshan-e-Sehat etc are not attracting investors as the lack good dealer network. This is ground reality and we need to accept this.

Answer no2:In 2013 FT office was in basement of Multi office.Multi and Multi team(Multi promoters and Multi dealers)promote this project.All maps and transfer was in Multi office.

Nadeem sahib i agree with all the above points but do visit FT and look at the actual ground work.You might be genuinly surprised.The location is good and work is also very good.

Dont compare to bahria as good plots in bahria enclave cost around 80 plus lakhs for 10 marla in c sector and plots in faisal town are around 30 to 35 lakh and that also on installemnts to be paid

I hv only one comment, you r simply oblivious of the ground reality. Apko pata nhe hy, how FT is shaping at da moment. Bhai kisi neutral aadmi se pooch lo abt FT Block A who has visited recently, sab clear ho jaayega.

I was da first n only person, who were telling ppl not to invest in BE-2 and Multi F Block.

Apni kisi ghalat faislay ka bojh kisi aur pe mat daalo.

Mr Nadeem Ahmed’s points look logical. Its possible faisal town might have been a good investment before this sudden jump in price but now it is much to high. Either it is some bubble which multi dealers are expert in creating. If its due to development as Mr Khan is saying then even in that case the big jump has already happened. Not much juice left for new investors now.
