Fully developed sector constantly increasing so it’s always a good time to invest in it. Proper CDA.
I think it is good time to take decision, as the construction of houses is in pace. Especially I-16/2 is very good sector, some families are living there already, although the prices is bit high as compare to 4 and 3. For investment point of view it is good time, because sui gas is about to be given to the sector, so one jump is remaining.
Families living in I-16 already? That is incredible…
What are the prices of level and basement plots in I-16/4. Please members do reply. On this plat form no one is talking about i-16 sector.

Find a leveled and good location plot anywhere in I-16. Prices will not be same after 6 months time.
