What is the future of this scheme? In PECHS website, they says, development work is done. 132kv grid station is being build in the scheme. Water storage tanks constructed, water, electricity, telephone lines are laid down. Construction of many houses in progress. If this is true, then this can be good opportunity at the moment for investment as the prices are very low.
I need the expert advices and comments on it. Also what are the risks if investing there.

Well, it seems that within next 2 years, its prices will be appreciated. The prices of plots are quite attractive. 1.2 kanal plot in Islamabad in 20 to 25 lac is really good and it is with possession and all facilities already available.
I think it is good investment and if buy now, with in 2 years, prices will be double.
This is just my opinion by seeing ground situation. But Allah knows better.

At present, investors trend is on B-17. After that may be it will move to D-18 or PECHS. It is only a game of investors when they want, they will move it up.
