I am planning to buy one pine villa on installments. D-17 seems good society and well developed. Populated also.
I want all friends to advice about this investment. Is it worth buying if I plan to invest for 2 years time.

The rates are a bit on higher side if you compare to prices of plots... However, not a bad investment option.

Too expensive.
Plots in D-17 have seen around 30% appreciation during last one year; the villas have been slighthly less than that. I think between 20% to 25% but still its not bad.
Fundamentals are good, decent demand and reasonable development standard, society size is smaller compared to B-17 but is well populated and very much liveable. Should give decenet return in coming days.
You may also get 1 kanal plot with the same amount; infact should be atleast a million rupees cheaper than the villa.
Pine Villas are a very fine option!
Nicely constructed, good value for your money, good for living, but for investment you can find better options.
