No. As you offer without knowing plot number, I do not think your are serious in buying plot.
@Love i think you can get 3070 (9 marla) in g-14/4 in 108 lacs as starting point but location maybe a bit compromised. 3060 being 110 lacs is on the higher side unless being it a proper corner or with some exceptional feature. I think 30*60 should be between 90-100 or 105 lacs max.
by the way location of the most 3060 in g-14/4 are not so good and i would recommend add in a few bucks and go for 3070.

@ love depends where you want to go for 3570. This size has a huge price discrimination because of location. Some plots are on good while others are at a very poor location and also it depends upon the seller as sometimes you may get a good deal even below MV. As far as i know the MV of 3570 ranges from 110 - 170 lacs. 110 are those located at the border of non-possession sub-sectors and 170 are those located at g-14/4 service road.
You can have one benefit for going for 110 lacs 35*70 as its price is too low and if g-14/3 gets possession then these low priced plots will definitely rise but if g-14/3 gets possession and you can earn good money. But currently these location plots are not good for living or investment.
yes saadi bhai is right about 3060 being 125 lacs but if you visit the location you will find it unjustifiable simply because within this budget or a little more you can find a good location 3060 plot in G-13. Don't simply go for demands quoted by sellers use your own analysis and judgement to strike a deal which is favourable in terms of price. Few 30*60 in g-13/2 are quoted at 160 lacs but i think considering it at this price is insanity.
one more thing if you can consider go for 40*80 size plot (best in terms of price right now) in g-14/4 if your budget allows. Reason is price which is much cheaper in comparison to g-13 and size is big so any gains on it in the future will be big enough.
