Plot required under budget of 2 million

I want to buy a plot of 30*60 or so under the budget of 2 millions. Please suggest some good options.
I want to buy plot for building house after 2 years.

I15 and i16 could be an option for you…but they are rather risky investments…

I am thinking of Jinnah Garden, Gulberg or Bahria Phase 8, but dont know which one is better.

If you could get some possession plot in Jinnah Garden in this range, it will be better. Non-possession plots of Gulberg will not be livable in 2 years time frame. And same is the case with Phase-8.

Pocessioned plot price in Jinnah Garden is 25 to 35 lac.

Price of Non pocessioned plots under development is 21 to 25.

I think E-18 is very best option as it is well developed and all facilities are available… Second option is G-16

Dear Usman,

Bahria phase8 M block 5Marla is best in this budget and other hand B-17 E block with possession.

Gulberg is also best option.

Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.
